Job Summary
Coordinate and administer a core functional area (Community Development, Wellbeing, Conduct, or Operations) across a region of residential communities within University Housing; recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate 12–40 undergraduate staff; provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development; adjudicate student conduct and address behavioral and safety concerns using educational and restorative practices; collaborate with campus partners and internal units to support students of concern and deliver coordinated services; participate in on-call rotations, crisis response, and emergency management with evening, weekend, and break coverage as required; foster inclusive residential communities that promote student engagement, academic success, wellbeing, and retention through intentional programming and support initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field by start date
- Demonstrated commitment to student development and community development
- Previous supervision experience (minimum of 9 months)
- Crisis management experience
- Student conduct experience
- Ability to collaborate with campus partners and respond to incidents with restorative practices
- On-call rotations and emergency management experience
