Job Summary
Coordinate individual finances, community outings, and appointments while providing hands-on assistance with daily living tasks like moving, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist the Program Director in maintaining consistency within programming, document progress and milestones, and transport persons served to external activities. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities through encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Build relationships with persons served and teammates while attending special community occasions. Full-time schedule with an 8/4 rotation; wage is $18.50/hour. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for transportation duties.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Person-centered, patient, and kind

- Computer skills for documentation
- Valid Drivers License
- Auto-liability insurance
