Job Summary
Direct daily operations of assigned residential programs by supervising Residential Managers, ensuring safety, administration, and financial performance align with established procedures. Account for the quality and quantity of services delivered while assisting individuals with activities of daily living and sharing in the development, implementation, and evaluation of overall residential operations. Manage scheduling and budgets, maintaining a valid driver's license for company vehicle use. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of management experience in behavioral health, and one year of supervisory experience. Salary ranges from $61,000 to $68,500. Located in Newfoundland, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Three or more years progressive Management experience in Behavioral Health
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders
- A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- A minimum of 3 years administrative experience
- Valid driver's license
- At least 21 years of age
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheets
