Job Summary
Residential Coordinator in BHN’s ACCS provides direct services in a 24/7 program that supports individuals in mental illness recovery, oversees medication treatment and administration, provides crisis intervention as a rotating on-call team member, acts as primary implementer of ISP goals, participates in Multidisciplinary Team meetings, and takes actions to protect individuals served from abuse/neglect; other tasks as assigned by management. Strong emphasis on supporting independence and recovery within a mission-driven organization; requires HS diploma/GED with experience or an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years in human services; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Pays $50,000–$55,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the human services field with target population
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
