Job Summary
Prepare three meals daily for clients at the Flagship Campus and serve sack lunches for those away from site, adhering to approved menus and CACFP guidelines. Monitor food inventories, document donor guidelines, and adjust stock for receipts and usage while rejecting damaged items. Execute sanitation and safety protocols for storage, labeling, rotation, and equipment cleaning, ensuring proper refrigeration and temperature logging. Accommodate client dietary restrictions and maintain uniform standards while serving food according to enterprise and federal standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of one year of food service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Maintain a valid Food Management Certificate
- Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to off-site locations utilizing personal transportation
- Maintain a valid Culinary Certificate, preferred
