Job Summary
Residential Conveyancer role in a high-street firm in Evesham. You will manage a diverse end-to-end caseload of residential property matters, including title investigations for registered and unregistered land, trusts, and settlements, while taking ownership from instruction through completion and post-completion. The role requires AML compliance oversight for your files and adherence to CQS standards. You will work largely autonomously with dedicated admin support and have your own office. The position offers hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) and a competitive salary with commission. Candidate must have 5+ years PQE and proven experience in both registered and unregistered land and trust work; suitable solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers are invited to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years PQE
- Proven expertise in both registered and unregistered land and trust work
- Must be able to manage a file from start to finish
- Strong familiarity with AML procedures and CQS procedures
