Job Summary
Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, then travel to customer homes to greet them and establish rapport. Demo existing baths or showers, install new tubs, pans, and wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed. Clean up thoroughly and collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. This residential remodeler role supports West Shore Home's industry-leading bathroom, flooring, window, and door installations across 40 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Must be available for Monday-Friday schedule
- Must be available for a start time of 6:30AM
- Must be willing to travel to customer's home
- Must be willing to arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM
- Must be willing to perform safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Must be willing to follow PPE protocol
- Must be willing to provide customers with a 5-star experience
- Must be willing to demo existing bath/shower
- Must be willing to install new tub or pan
- Must be willing to install wall surround
- Must be willing to update plumbing if needed
- Must be willing to clean up thoroughly
- Must be willing to collect paperwork and payment
- Must be willing to return to warehouse after customer visit
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
