Job Summary
Execute project schedules using Gantt charts and Procore, ensuring look-ahead planning and proactive coordination with trade partners. Provide accurate information for updates, complete daily logs, inspections, photos, and field documentation, and schedule subcontractors and materials with appropriate lead times. Follow specifications to manage trades for high-quality work and client satisfaction, while maintaining a safe, clean jobsite adhering to OSHA and local regulations. Review shop drawings, utilize Bluebeam Revu to mark up plans, and maintain organized digital project documentation via Microsoft 365. Proactively problem-solve and champion company processes. Requires five years of experience, proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam Revu, and comfort leveraging AI tools for documentation and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Procore
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF markup software
- Mobile applications for daily logs, inspections, photos, and field reporting
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software and standardized digital workflows
- Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high-end clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers
- Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to assist with documentation, communication, and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Candidate must complete a background check
- Have a clean driving record
