Job Summary
Residential Construction Superintendent overseeing single-family home construction in Minneapolis, coordinating subcontractors, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and customer relations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of Weekley-quality homes. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor work quality, coordinating materials and budgets, maintaining job-site organization, preparing reports, and collaborating with sales and Weekley team members. Requires experience in residential production building, subcontractor management, payroll and budget responsibilities, and strong communication with customers and teammates; college education preferred. Salary range $60k-$75k with potential bonuses; benefits include health, 401k, ESOP, PTO, and more.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential production building preferred
- Experience scheduling and supervising subcontractors
- Experience handling subcontractor payroll and other budgetary responsibilities
- Strong communication with customers and teammates
- College education preferred
