Residential Construction Superintendent/Builder *Future Opportunity*

Oversee residential single-family construction from development through final build, ensuring quality and adherence to Weekley standards while managing subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer experience. Build rapport with customers, coordinate with sales and internal teams, inspect subcontractor work, maintain an organized job site, prepare daily/monthly/quarterly reports, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements. Requires ability to manage people, materials and budgets, and effective communication and problem-solving skills. College education or military service is preferred, and prior customer service experience is also preferred.
