Job Summary
Oversee multiple construction and renovation projects, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction. Lead on-site activities, conduct weekly site visits, provide updates to clients and corporate teams, prepare estimates and bid status reports, manage timelines and permits, and identify and resolve project challenges to keep work on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of construction management experience
- Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating
- Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction
- Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check and drug test
