Job Summary
Production Installation Expert focused on Radon Mitigation/Indoor Air Quality. Responsibilities include installing radon mitigation systems and other IAQ products, safely and efficiently completing projects, loading the truck with required materials and tools, reviewing job specifications to determine needed materials, collecting payment upon job completion, and maintaining the customer’s home in excellent condition. Ideal candidates are true craftsmen who work well autonomously in the field, value safety, and collaborate effectively with others. The role offers base salary with performance bonuses and full benefits, in the St. Louis metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction preferred
- Ability to install radon mitigation systems and indoor air quality products
- Strong safety focus
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in the field
- Proven track record of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
