Job Summary
Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, then travel to customer homes to greet them and establish rapport. Remove existing window and door spaces, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim while following all standard operating procedures and PPE protocols. Clean up thoroughly after each job, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Requires carpentry, remodeling, or construction experience, basic tool knowledge, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone for system access. Compensation is $21–$24 hourly with comprehensive health, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Must be available for Monday-Friday schedule
- Must be available for a start time of 6:30AM
- Must be willing to travel to customer's home
- Must be willing to remove existing window/door space
- Must be willing to install replacement windows and exterior doors
- Must be willing to replace trim
- Must be willing to clean up thoroughly
