Job Summary
Installer role for residential remodel projects in Grand Rapids, MI. Responsibilities include loading materials at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, traveling to customer homes to perform bath/shower demos and install new tubs/pans with wall surrounds, updating plumbing as needed, maintaining clean job sites, and collecting paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. Requires hands-on carpentry/remodeling/plumbing experience, basic hand and power tool proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and access to a smartphone with two-factor authentication. Compensation is hourly ($17-$20), with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid training. Schedule is Monday–Friday starting at 6:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication
