Job Summary
Answer telephone calls and address inquiries from prospective or current residents while supporting the leasing and property operations team. Manage resident activity planning, handle package delivery, and coordinate with maintenance and external vendors to monitor building cleanliness, visual presentation, and security. Respond promptly to resident needs to ensure an exceptional community experience. This part-time role operates from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm on weekends only at the Solaire 7607 property in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must have at least two years of hospitality or property management experience, a GED, and supervisory experience.
