Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional experience to every person by building rapport with residents, guests, and colleagues while handling deliveries, accepting, and logging packages. Provide leasing support for move-in and move-out processes and act as a liaison between residents and service team members for routine and emergency maintenance requests. Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced and report any resident or guest dissatisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining professional appearance and business attire. Work weekends and the third shift with exposure to inclement weather and unpredictable crisis situations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends and weekends
- Professional Appearance & Business Attire required
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality training and/or experience (preferred)
