Job Summary
Welcome residents and guests while maintaining a professional lobby presence at luxury residential and commercial properties throughout NYC. Assist visitors and provide exceptional customer service to help create a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment. This role requires experienced customer service professionals with upscale experience, excellent communication skills, and a polished appearance. Flexible availability for multiple shifts, including weekends, is essential. Starting pay is $18/hour for this full or part-time position. Report to the Operations Manager.
