Job Summary
Lead on-site Residential Community Manager responsible for the overall operation of a multifamily community in Maple Grove, MN. Manage on-site operations, resident relations, compliance, budgeting, and rent collection while fostering a positive living environment. Oversee a team including Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Resident Ambassadors; drive property performance through strategic invoicing, contract negotiations, rent/incentive programs, and market analysis. Manage delinquency and collections with care and maintain strong resident and vendor relationships, ensuring curb appeal and adherence to policies. Demonstrate outstanding customer service, organizational excellence, and effective communication to residents and the on-site team.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of success.
- Residential property management experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Appfolio is a bonus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
