Job Summary
Residential Community Manager responsible for the overall operation of a residential community, including on-site property operations, resident relations, policy compliance, budgeting and rent collection, vendor relationships, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment. Lead and mentor on-site team members (Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Consultants, Resident Ambassadors), optimize sales processes, manage delinquency and collections, negotiate contracts, and drive property performance and curb appeal. Requires on-site work at Cosgrove Townhomes in Rosemount, MN, with regular Monday–Friday hours. Must ensure compliance with regulations, provide outstanding customer service to residents and staff, and be proficient with property-management software and Microsoft Office. Legal work authorization in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not offered for this role.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of success.
- Residential property management experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Appfolio is a bonus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
