Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a group home by implementing Individual Support Plans and activity schedules while supporting residents with personal care, medication administration, and community-based activities. Conduct safety checks, fire drills, and household supply maintenance, then coordinate transportation and maintain communication with families and team members. Manage documentation for assessments, progress notes, and attendance records to ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Assist the Program Specialist with audits, training, and program development. Work full-time hours including 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage daily home operations
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, families, and external partners
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the Human Services field
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and eligibility for agency insurance
- Ability to obtain required clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI if applicable)
- Willingness to complete Medication Administration, CPR, and First Aid training upon hire
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Full Time Hours: 40 hours/week
- 1st Shifts (8:00am - 4:00pm)
- 2nd Shifts (3:15pm - 11:00pm)
