Job Summary
Residential Clinical Manager leads the Anchorage Residential Team, supervising a multidisciplinary group of clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality clinical services, including assessments, therapy, group sessions, and discharge planning. Oversees clinical records compliance with internal policies, Medicaid/Medicare, and external audits; drives quality assurance, resource development, and staff performance. Provides strategic leadership to implement the organization’s values and goals in a residential behavioral health setting in Anchorage.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years in a clinical setting with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Specialized knowledge of populations including individuals with severe mental illness, addiction, or high-risk conditions
- Leadership skills and ability to foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
- Professional license or certification (Preferred)
