Job Summary
Provide professional cleaning services at client locations as an independent subcontractor, following company service guidelines and quality standards. Maintain reliability and strong attention to detail, communicate professionally with clients and office staff, and confirm completion of each job. Eligible, reliable cleaners with prior professional or residential cleaning experience who can work independently and accommodate flexible hours will be considered. Transportation to assignments is considered; applicants with or without a vehicle will be reviewed during onboarding, and on-going long-term opportunities and support from operations/HR are provided. Compensation is paid per job or per hour depending on assignment, with rates discussed during onboarding based on experience and job type.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass identity and background verification
- Transportation consideration for matching assignments
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties
