Job Summary
Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards. Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills. Offer supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed, while developing and implementing individualized service plans. Connect residents with community resources and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes. This PRN weekend and overnight role is ideal for someone with CNA experience or a background in behavioral health, social services, or healthcare who enjoys hands-on support.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a health & human service-related field (preferred)
- CNA experience and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on support when needed
- Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
- Valid Driver's License (required)
