Residential Caseworker - PRN (Weekend Overnights)

Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards. Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills. Offer supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed. Develop and implement individualized service plans and connect residents with community resources. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with treatment teams to promote positive outcomes. This PRN weekend and overnight role supports adults and families within a mission-driven nonprofit focused on behavioral health and professional growth. Paid training is provided, and the organization offers a comprehensive range of services for mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities across multiple states.
