Residential Caseworker (Full-Time)

Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards. Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills. Offer supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed, while developing and implementing individualized service plans. Connect residents with community resources and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes. This Full-Time role in West Chester, PA, includes a Monday through Friday schedule from 1:00pm to 9:00pm, with Saturday shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and requires an Associate's Degree with one year of human service experience.
