Residential Case Manager - Sunday/Monday Off

Job Summary

Provide case management for residents in Community Housing and Bishop Street Studios, including one-on-one support, symptom management, and advocacy for rights and independent living skills. Assess psychiatric symptoms, recognize crisis situations, and assist clients in developing coping and problem-solving strategies while promoting trauma-informed practices. Supervise facility cleanliness, complete monthly checks, and handle moderate maintenance tasks. Assist clients with daily living activities such as cooking, budgeting, and transportation, and coordinate referrals with agencies and housing authorities. Document services daily, meet Medi-Cal billing goals, and attend staff meetings and required training.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS
  • AA/AS or CADAC/CPRP certification
  • 6 months of full-time equivalent experience with target population
  • 2 years of full-time equivalent experience with target population
  • 4 years of full-time equivalent experience with target population
  • Strong commitment to the right, ability and choice of each person to live in a safe environment; develop a meaningful role in the community; and have access to competent and continuous supports and services
  • Reliable automobile
  • Valid CA Driver's License
  • At least 2 years driving experience
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • DMV driving record that meets TMHA's current vehicle insurance requirements
  • TB assessment
  • Criminal record clearance through fingerprinting
  • First Aid and CPR training
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Must be available for Tuesday through Saturday
  • Must be available for Tuesday through Thursday
  • Must be available for Friday and Saturday
