Job Summary
Provide stabilization and rehabilitation substance abuse case management services to men in a residential setting in accordance with OASAS and Agency rules and regulations. Monitor the residence for medical, mental health, safety, and security issues while working cooperatively with the treatment team to meet each client's needs. Manage client medication schedules, follow program procedures and protocols, and assist residents upon admission to program rules and regulations. Requires a CASAC-T, CASAC-P, or CASAC credential, minimum one year of experience, and a valid NYS driver's license with a clean driving record. Monday-Friday shifts include 8am-4pm or 1pm-9pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a CASAC-T, CASAC-P or CASAC credential
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Valid NYS driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum Associates Degree in Human Services, Social work or Chemical Dependency Counseling or related
