Support young people with complex support needs in a residential home by building positive relationships through consistent, therapeutic care. Promote life skills, independence, and community participation while responding calmly and safely to challenging situations. Complete documentation and contribute to individual support plans to ensure person-centred, trauma-informed outcomes. This casual role offers multiple shifts with ongoing training opportunities for male applicants only. Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting young people in a residential home
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours professionally
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Minimum Cert 4 in Community Services or similar field
