Job Summary
Provide direct client care, including ADL assistance, vital sign monitoring, and medication observation, while documenting wellness checks and reporting concerns to clinical staff. Respond to behavioral or medical crises using established protocols and facilitate treatment programming groups as directed. Support admissions processes, manage client transportation to appointments, and maintain vehicle and facility safety standards. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay ranging from $21 to $31. Requires CPR/First Aid and Med-tech or CNA certification within 30 days of hire. Valid California driver's license and clean driving record mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified in CPR/First Aid (within 30 days of hire)
- Med-tech or CNA Certification (within 30 days of hire)

- Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must successfully pass fingerprinting, criminal background check, and any additional clearances required by DHCS, DSS, or funding/regulatory agencies
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 40 pounds
- Must have adequate visual acuity to read labels, and written instructions, and sufficient hearing to communicate effectively in a treatment environment
- Must be able to drive or otherwise travel between locations during regular work hours
- Moderate travel for outings, pharmacies, between facilities, external trainings or meeting
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Psychology, or Social Work or other related field or a combination of education and/or two (2) or more years of experience in healthcare or mental health experience
