Job Summary
Residential Care Associate II at Madrone Ridge SRTF (Junction City, OR) provides personal care, environmental intervention, and limited group social/recreational treatment activities per an approved treatment plan; administers prescribed medications, documents in medical charts/count sheets, and assists with transportation for clients; works Sunday-Monday 2:00pm–10:30pm (Part Time, Swing); starting pay $21.63–$22.96/hour with 5% language differential for bilingual/multilingual candidates; program offers MHACBO-accredited training earning applicable CEUs, and the organization supports PSLF eligibility; must be eligible for QMHA registration and maintain driving eligibility; the role falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit and requires compliance with agency policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through the MHACBO; eligibility requires: (a) Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field) OR (b) minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting OR (c) equivalent combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience/training; must register as QMHA - R during first week of employment; driving is an essential function with valid state driver's license; must pass DHS background check; physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds; completion of crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings.
