Job Summary
Residential Care Associate II provides support to residents according to individualized treatment plans with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational activities, administers prescribed medications, documents on medical charts, transports clients as needed, and maintains productivity standards. Requires QMHA registration, valid driver’s license, CPR training, and background check. Schedule: Friday–Monday, 7:00am–3:30pm (Part Time, Day) at Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO). Eligibility requires: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field; OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting; OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training.
- Will be required to register as a QMHA - R through MHACBO during the first week of employment.
- Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
