Job Summary
Residential Care Associate II at River Bridge SRTF in Eugene, OR provides resident support per individualized treatment plans with a focus on personal care, environmental intervention, and limited group social/recreational activities. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, documenting on medical charts/count sheets, transporting clients as needed, and maintaining productivity in documentation. Requires QMHA registration within MHACBO during first week, with Bachelor's in Behavioral Science or equivalent experience, valid driver's license, crisis de-escalation/CPR training, and ability to pass background checks. Shift is part-time, Friday–Monday, 2:00pm–10:30pm. Wage range starting at $22.50–$23.88/hour DOE with 5% language differential for bilingual/multilingual candidates. Required Qualifications
- Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through MHACBO (QMHA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field; OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting; OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education and related experience/training
- Must obtain QMHA - R registration through MHACBO during first week of employment
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence or obtain within 30 days of hire; maintain safe driving record
- Ability to pass DHS criminal background check
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds; crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings requiring hands-on maneuvers
