Job Summary
Provide personal and supportive care to adults in a residential treatment setting under RN supervision, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, transportation for treatment services, and medication administration as delegated. Emphasizes helping residents develop independence, adheres to assigned productivity standards, and participates in paid training to pursue QMHA certification; part-time schedule Friday–Monday 7:00am–3:30pm at Bridgestone RTF in Wilsonville, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days
- DHS background check
- CPR trainings may be required
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
- Pass medications under RN supervision
- Transportation of clients as needed
