Job Summary
Residential Care Associate I at Willamette Rose RTF in Portland, OR provides caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks, supports daily living skills, assists with meal preparation and food purchasing, and may pass medications under RN guidance. The role includes transporting clients to engage in treatment services, maintaining documentation, and participating in a MHACBO-accredited training path toward QMHA certification. This is a part-time, night-shift position (Thursday–Saturday 10:00pm–8:30am) with a wage range of $20.60–$21.86 per hour plus night differential and an additional language differential for bilingual/multilingual candidates. Required Qualifications
- Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
- valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- pass crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings
- DHS criminal background check clearance (per DHS requirements)
