Job Summary
Residential Care Assistant needed to support older people in Burnley/Padiham, Lancashire. Role involves providing compassionate care to adults, including those living with dementia, across a team setting. Shifts include 15:30–21:30 on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays and in Week 2: 15:30–21:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays. Training paid with support to meet The Care Certificate standards; induction and opportunities for progression offered. Requires DBS disclosure and completion of experience/education evidence in the application.
