Residential Care Aide

Assist residents with meal preparation, general housekeeping, and laundry services while maintaining building cleanliness and reporting maintenance issues. Administer scheduled and PRN medications after completing the required three-phase state certification course, which includes online training, a proctored exam, and a hands-on skills assessment. Develop positive rapport with residents, facilitate medical appointments, and arrange transportation via St. Of CT Veyo/MTM. Maintain CPR and First Aid certification alongside a high school diploma. Work in a residential setting for individuals with mental disabilities and the elderly, providing 24-hour hands-off assistance in a healthy, safe environment.
