Residential Boiler Technician

Job Summary
Install, service, and repair residential boiler and hydronic heating systems, including troubleshooting defective components like pumps, valves, and thermostats. Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and ensure compliance with Alberta Boiler Safety Association regulations and local codes. Handle customer concerns regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations while maintaining accurate service records and invoices. Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours when required, and follow all company safety procedures and Alberta OHS standards. This full-time role in Calgary requires a Gas Fitter 1 or 2 license, 5-10 years of residential boiler experience, and the ability to work overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Gas Fitter 1 or 2 license or Plumbing License
- 5-10 years of working experience with Residential Boilers
- Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects
- The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required
- The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Journeyman Certification preferred
