Run pre-set in-home replacement consultations for homeowners across Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Tampa Bay communities. Inspect customer needs, explain comfort options, and present clear HVAC replacement solutions using our Right Away Selling System. Track activity, close rates, and results with accountability while leveraging our financing options and customer-first approach. This role is for proven B2C closers with disciplined selling and follow-up habits, not technicians. Hales AC has served Tampa Bay since 1986, offering a path to $100,000-$300,000 annual earnings through consistent process execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2C sales success in automotive, insurance, real estate, solar, roofing, home improvement, or another high-trust consultative sales field
- A true top-producer record: high rankings, awards, strong close rates, or documented revenue results
- Coachability, strong follow-up habits, and comfort with a scripted process
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
