Residential Awake Overnight/Direct Care (L)

Job Summary
Provide direct care coverage overnight at a residential facility, responding to individual issues between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on scheduled nights, and as required by the Program Manager. Support individuals with personal care, meal preparation and eating, problem solving, medical care, socialization, and activities of daily living; perform designated cleaning tasks; document care and incidents; dispense medications if certified; participate in supervision and trainings; maintain confidentiality and safety in the residence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid MA license, availability of vehicle
