Job Summary
Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for residents through medication management, recreation and facility management, and other residential activities; monitor residents, conduct urine toxicology screens, supervise meals, maintain confidentiality, debrief and document shift notes, and ensure safety per agency protocols; requires L2 certification and adherence to trauma-informed care; duties include transportation when needed, group facilitation, incident reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in human services or related field preferred
- Valid and clean NYS Driver’s License
- Two years of experience in the human services field, crisis intervention, residential setting, or emergency services
