Residential Assistant Team Director

Co-lead a team of direct care workers, family members, residents, and clinical professionals to create and maintain the highest quality of life within the home. Directly supervise staff scheduled fewer than 20 hours per week, including relief staff, and indirectly supervise those scheduled 20 or more hours. Coach, mentor, and train staff in best practices of a residential environment, while assisting in their training and development. Assume Administrator on Call (AOC) duties and ensure documentation and program plans are implemented in accordance with OPWDD certification requirements. Work a primary schedule of Sunday through Thursday, with four days scheduled as direct care and one day for supervisory responsibilities.
