Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to children and adolescents in residential homes, implementing individualized treatment, behavioral, and educational plans. Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, and community participation while encouraging independence and social skills. Maintain accurate documentation of progress and incidents, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in required training and staff meetings to uphold Amego policies and confidentiality requirements.
