Residential Assistant Superintendent

Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and job schedules to ensure residential roofing projects run efficiently from start to finish. Perform job site inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance while communicating with homeowners, Project Managers, and subcontractors. Assist the Residential Superintendent in resolving job site issues, verifying material deliveries, and completing documentation using company software. Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites while managing multiple priorities and participating in production and safety meetings. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and previous roofing or construction experience required. Background check mandatory due to driving and property access responsibilities.
