Residential Assistant

Residential Assistant provides resident care in assisted living facilities under nursing supervision. Responsibilities include answering signal lights/intercom to determine needs, assisting residents with activities of daily living and laundry, overseeing in-room meal preparation, supporting self-administration of medications, changing bed linens, running errands, directing visitors, answering the phone, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and performing related duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1-3 months related experience/training or equivalent) and adherence to organizational policies; candidates will undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen. This role is within a Christian, non-profit healthcare community offering short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and home health services.
