Job Summary
Residential Assistant Program Director (Newcomb Ave) in Saugus, MA. The role supports the Director in day-to-day operations of the residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring policy implementation and statutory compliance (DDS). Provides personal care and assistance aligned with individualized support plans, supervises medical, nutritional health, and general welfare, participates in developing and reviewing the Individual Service Plan, and aids in staff recruitment and admission screening. Requires MAP certification, a high school diploma (BA preferred), and at least 2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities; driving license and clean background checks required.
