Residential Assistant

The Residential Assistant is responsible for maintaining daily logs, answering calls from the Registered Nurse, providing adjunct care for participants, checking vital signs, logging residents’ belongings, conducting hourly bedroom checks, and participating in program evaluations. Key skills include knowledge of alcoholism and addictions, understanding the special needs of women with addiction, and the ability to act as a role model while maintaining sensitivity towards residents. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid driver’s license.
