Residential Assistant Manager- Day Habilitation Services-Female

Residential Assistant Manager for Day Hab (Female) responsible for teaching independent living skills, assisting with personal care, arranging transportation, coordinating recreational activities, and managing medical administration and documentation. Manages medical appointments, ensures timely follow-up, coordinates staff training, communicates consumer needs to families and guardians, attends staff and consumer-related meetings, maintains schedules and beeper systems, and handles financial transactions for consumer accounts in compliance with agency and DDD policies. Responsibilities also include vehicle maintenance, required reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual), and supporting staff in delivering services across Hillsborough and Bridgewater, NJ. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree in a relevant field preferred; full-time, in-person role with benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and referral program.
