Job Summary
Assist the Residential Manager in the overall operation of a licensed Residential Care Home, including shared on-call responsibilities for nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain adequate staff to meet program requirements by supervising, scheduling, and supporting staff in their duties. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and NKHS policies while prioritizing resident safety. Assist in maintaining facilities in a safe, clean, and home-like manner and provide for the needs of consumers. Gain leadership experience supporting the management and daily operations of a staffed home for adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human services field
- equivalent experience in human services field
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative and/or supervisory role in residential care
- demonstrated experience and competence in working with individuals who are developmentally disabled
