Job Summary
Provide teaching, supervision, and support to residents in areas of independent living while observing, monitoring, and documenting their behaviors and progress. Assist in preparing nutritious meals and implementing recreational activities, and complete household chores to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Supervise and document resident medications in accordance with agency policies. Attend staff meetings and trainings as required, offering input for treatment team meetings and utilization reviews. Work at least 4 shifts per month under the direction of the Residence Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Driving record that meets agency's Clean Driving Record Policy
- All per diem positions are required to work at least 4 shifts per month
Desired Qualifications
- Human services experience preferred
