Responsibilities include guiding residents in daily living activities, ensuring safety and engagement in meaningful activities, and supervising meals and personal care. The role involves planning and coordinating leisure activities, interacting with healthcare professionals during appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications include being at least 21 years old, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, and having effective communication skills.
